For reasons that aren't entirely clear to me, I've been obsessively photographing clouds and sunsets all summer. There's something so startling, so captivating about these mysterious beauties in the sky. I've been reminded of how fun and strange it is to work across genres, to use different senses and tools to capture something compelling, a little bit like writing with your non-dominant hand.
